    Bug: Right and Left Bumper Swapped in Menu?

    So the Left Triiger used to open the Tour of Duty/Medals overlay, and the Right Trigger used to open the Social overlay (where your friends/squad is).

    Today, I started up Gears and found them swapped for some odd reason.

    Anyone know if this is a bug and if there is a way to switch it back?

    It is driving me nuts as my muscle memory keep pressing the wrong thing.

    Edit: Sorry, I meant to say the "trigger" and not the bumper. I did find a solution, you can use the Xbox Accessory app to configure your controller to swap the triggers and that worked for me, but now in game it is all messed up! 👀

    I feel like this series has really been put in standby. It's been over a year since Gears 5 and it seems like they haven't even started discussing the next installment.

    How much involvment has Rod Fergusson in terms of story, writing and the campaign. Will his departure affect the development of Gears 6 somehow.

    I know Tom Bisell wrote Gears 5, so will he write Gears 6 as well.

    So I've been playing Gears 5 on PC for a month, then today I got the update and now I cant finish a match without getting the GW502 error. Anyone else dealing with this? Anyone have advice?

    I love these new Gears games. But its missing something. I just can't but my finger on it

    Remember ashes to ashes? Remember the mad world trailer? Things in the environment, the tone of the story, the characters.... they just seemed more run down and looking for hope. Fighting against increasingly difficult odds.

    Making kait the focus of the story was a huge mistake. If she was going to be the focus, she should have become the new baddie. I feel like it's just left unguided. I don't even know what real role Marcus serves anymore besides just fighting for the COG.

    Del and JD were very likeable in GoW4. It was kind of going somewhere but it was dropped now in GoW5. Fhaz is a good addition but these guys need to be fleshed out. Its very possible. The same way the OG delta squad did it, these guys can do it too. They seem like a likeable bunch. I'm sure you can fit in a carmine to serve as a 4th character as well. More vulgarity, the gore is great, and keep the comic relief too. So much potential. Cut Kait lose. Let her be the new queen.

    Massive audio delay on cutscenes in Gears 5-- any fix?

    This is ruining our co op experience. The audio is nearly 20 seconds behind all of the visuals. How the hell are you supposed to even enjoy these. We're all on Xbox it's really weird not even the host has normal cutscenes. None of us have mad internet or ping either.
