    Who thought it was a good idea to remove splash damage and make it to where you can only get a kill with a direct hit to the chest? If you're reading this Coalition, please turn splash damage back on and make it carpet bomb snow balls like it did for Thanksgiving.

    Remember in Act V where the DB's and Swarm are fighting each other for a way too brief battle?

    They could've used more moments like that frequently throughout the campaign.

    Missed opportunity.

    Snowshot might just be the worst game mode I have ever played.

    The mode is so boring and frustrating when people shoot my pinkie toe and I 'miss' clear direct hits.

    Lets not even start on the knifing...

    I think the game mode would have been more fun if the splash damage was significantly reduced, you had as many rounds as you do in OSOK for your Boom and knifing was disabled like in OSOK.

    At the moment is looks like once people have got Father Gearsmas they are out and fair play to them, the Gnasher is inconsistent enough.

    PC Performance Has Gotten Worse

    Since the network issues and Hivebuster update the PC version of the game began to suffer from some noticeable bugs from pixelated shots, glitchy shadows and textures.

    Now, since TC added the new performance features the game runs at 75% of the frames it used to on my rig* at the same settings as before.

    I do not know what TC has done but this needs a patch as soon as possible because its making the game increasingly difficult to play.

    For now turning off async compute seems to help with some visual bugs but this cannot be ignored by TC - PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AND FIX WITH A PATCH!

    Please learn to aim before you go ape-shit wallbouncing and missing everything. I've been in too many games lately with Chromesteel/E-sports wearing fools who are destroying their controllers trying to wallbounce, while simultaneously missing every shot. It is mind-numbing to watch someone try so hard, be so bad.

    Recently and especially tonight I am seeing MUCH higher levels, re-up numbers I've never even seen before, in my games. These people are wallbouncing like there's no tomorrow. Is ranked down or something lol?

    What game modes do I get to play as a locust in gears 5?

    I just got the game and am looking at bundles in the store. The one that stands out to me the most is the lambent bundle, but the only skins are locust. I mostly either play campaign and horde, but will probably get into other multi-player modes soon. Two questions, what game modes will I be able to actually see the skins/play as locust and can I use weapon skins in campaign?
