- Hey I made this draw of a classic kantus from gears of war 2, I really like it and thought in share with the community :)

- So I lost 2000 points when someone quit the lobby, going from Masters to Diamond 3. This is incredibly frustrating given how hard the grind in King of the Hill is.

- My whole internet drops out for a few minutes whilst playing Horde, only happens with Gears 5

- Cannot launch into multiplayer

We will be using the #gears-1-pc channel for setting up games, which will be ranked so people can try to earn achievements! (We will also host player matches as well). We will be hosting a variety of custom maps that can be found here - https://www.moddb.com/members/ismik/addons/gowpc-custom-multiplayer-map AND we have a lot of new maps on our Discord server. Host will vary on amount of NA or EU region players that we have, to make it as fair as possible. Cuz I am lol I play tonnes of online, Destiny, Rocket League, Remnant, Mortal Kombat but never have issues, however during Horde runs, me and partner 9/10 lose internet connection. The whole internet drops out. We are using two Xboxs so I don't know if it's a bandwidth issue, but as far as I'm aware, bandwidth issues dont cut the internet completely. Any ideas? | Posted: 16 Oct 2020 07:01 AM PDT Pretty new to this entry been playing for around a month or so I've noticed that there's really not a lot going on map wise missing a lot of the classics what seems to be the problem with porting some over? Edit: Also the ranking system seems really fucking broken and you can't invite more than one friend into TDM which is strange, I don't really understand why this game is so barebones it's one of Microsoft's AAA titles it's so unusual to me they'd let this out so undercooked. To summarise I'd like to see a couple of maps from each title to return along with the old ranking system EG points scored for damage kills downs etc etc, it would be nice if guardian was ranked and let us invite our friends to play in TDM I don't mind TDM being 4 player as it can make for a longer and more thoughtful game however playing with randoms is infuriating. Map list/weapons Legacy pack 1 War machine Subway River Day one Jacinto Escalation Scorcher and mortar also love those weapons. [link] [comments] | ||
| How many people actually play Gears 5 anymore? Posted: 16 Oct 2020 10:23 PM PDT I feel like only a handful of hundred people play this game in each region. A small cluster in the West, a small cluster in Europe and a puddle in Australia/New Zealand, I have no clue if Gears has an East fan base since SONY dominates Japan and Korea. Unpopular opinion but I feel Gears is dying and Microsoft can't throw enough money at it to revive it, Gears eSports was big during Gears 4 but now I dont think I can even walk with crutches. Gears of War is the most exciting, adrenaline packed, twitch shooter, reaction inducing, hype generating, OMG moments game that has no legs to stand on anymore. [link] [comments] | ||
