    With the massive influx of skin requests, we have decided to make this megathread to keep the subreddit clean. If there is any skin, character, cross over you would like to see, please post it here.

    Are you still waiting for that one character? Maybe a skin from previous games or an idea for something entirely new? Do you want to shout to the heavens and beyond that you'd sell your first born for Black Steel Daddy Skorge to come back? Then this is the thread to do it.

    By no means is it official but ya never know if TC will take a peek!

    Join us in the Gears PC Community discord this Saturday the 26th at 10pm GMT/5PM EST, for our weekly Gears 1 night!

    We will be using the #gears-1-pc channel for setting up games, which will be ranked so people can try to earn achievements! (We will also host player matches as well). We will be hosting a variety of custom maps that can be found here - https://www.moddb.com/members/ismik/addons/gowpc-custom-multiplayer-map Host will vary on amount of NA or EU region players that we have, to make it as fair as possible.

    Everything you need to join us will be in the pinned messages of the #gears-1-pc, including how to play and get Gears 1 GFWL.

    When we use the Tac-Com in Horde we can see Fortification health, ammo, and kills, but not the Fortification level, can you please add this feature.

    Thank you for all the hard and passionate work you do for PvE in Horde.

    What small detail of a skin/character absolutely ruins it for you and makes you not want to play it?

    That one small, niggling detail that just gets under your skin enough for you to not want to play them even though you may like the skin overall.

    For me it's the self mutilation of some skins. Kantus, Elite Swarm Drone and Grenadier, then the Savage Locust Drone too. All of them stick some spikes or something through themselves and it just makes me squirm to think about. The only caveat to the Swarm is that they literally have shells so it's likely more like horseshoes for them as opposed to just sticking stuff through their skin.

    Ranked skins (apart from master) need to be remade.

    Silver and gold look ugly, onyx was cool until matte black was released, and diamond is just fucking ugly. All in all the rank dosent pop out on these skins like they should and the only one that looks good and is worth flexing is master. Thoughts? What do you think would make these skins cooler?

    I've been on and off gears for a while. Been playing since I was little and loved it but recently I got the game when I just came out and didn't really feel it. I've recently gotten back into it but I'd like to have a little group to play with since my friends all play other games. GT- Syth Is Baby Hmu and invite or add me to play! When I'm available that is, can't wait to play with some new people! The gears grind is less fun alone.

    So on a whim I decided to boot this game up after over a year out, as I had seriously missed it and always felt something just felt "off" with Gears 5 and stopped playing months ago.

    So what a pleasant surprise it was when I kept finding full games. You would think with Gears being a pretty niche franchise that everyone would just be playing the newest game but apparently not. Anyhow, I had an absolute blast and forgot how much I loved Gears! Anyone still play 4?

    I have just come back from about 6 months break, and removing the totem's and the ranking system are much better. I would also like to add the shop instead of iron and buying skins etc.. is so much better!

    Tips for following Gears Esports?

    Ive just bought an Xbox after 10 years playing on a PC, and so far Gears is definetly my favorite game, both Gears 5 Multiplayer and all the previous campaings. I know Gears has a recent esports scene that Coalition is developing, and Im really interested in following It. Where do I find its championships and matches, and what teams and players should I look into? If any OGs could help me, I would appreciate a lot. Thanks!

    What should I spend my coins on?

    I've collected 23 000 coins throughout the tour of duty but I'm unsure what I should spend them on. Are there some kind of boosts I can buy or is that iron only?

    There are some weapon skin bundles I like (Art Deco and Year of the Rat) but I'm not sure if those are smart purchases.
