- TC did you guys even play test Ritual, be honest… Half of the covers are unnecessarily bulky and you kill yourself with boom on over half of them… Please fix this map.

| To people who played Gears 1 back in 2006, was it ever obvious to you who Myrrah was? Posted: 11 Aug 2021 02:44 PM PDT So here's what I mean: In Gears 1, Myrrah provides voice over monologues throughout the game including in the games's intro and in the ending scene just before the credits. There's no indication to who this woman is, but it does seem like she's speaking for the Locust to some degree. Furthermore, it isn't confirmed until the end of the game that the Locust have a Queen when RAAM yells "serve the Queen" in the cutscene just before the final boss fight. Finally, the last "clue" we are given is in the credits where it only says that Carolyn Seymour is the voice of a "Myrrah" but Myrrah is never referred to by name in Gears 1 or even Gears 2. Basically, I'm asking the folks who played Gears 1 first back in 2006 if you were able to put the pieces together and actually knew that the woman doing the voice overs narrations was the Queen of the Locust (before ever playing Gears 2) and if so at what point you realized it? My first Gears game was Gears 2, so her identity was never much of a mystery to me up to a certain point in the Gears 2 campaign. [link] [comments] | ||

Literally no matter what happened he would never stop revving. He never ran or took cover. Never swapped weapons. Didn't turn around if he got shot at. Just revved up his lancer and walked into battle. He died A LOT. However, his kill rate was surprisingly high! Played with him a couple times for HOURS at least a year ago, can't remember his name. Look I'll make this short sweet and simple so uh I logged onto Gears 5 this morning and whenever the game opens it opens up to the normal main menu but my character, level, and weekly objectives are gone and it gives me a connection error whenever I try to go to the versus tab. This honestly sucks because I'm trying to hit the ranking ladder but I can't do that The only solution I tried was restarting my PC and completely reinstalling the game.
