Im amaizng that the lambent are even making an appearance as drones. Hopefully TC will see the love from fans and want to incorporate more lambent like the Dredges/Gunkers along with Maulers/Beastriders/ Serapede/ Armored Kantus ect. I really think that Gears 5 horde mode could be the All Star mode that we've wanted with all kinds of variety to fight against and enjoy. after watching the Showcase and seeing that Karn is a Horde boss is sweet but I was really hoping that he would be riding a Reaver that would fly around like the Kestrel and after destroying the Reaver then Karn would come out guns Blazing....still im super excited and I bet numerous others gears fans. Posted: 08 Apr 2021 04:40 PM PDT As all know, the current ranking system makes it easy to move out from Bronze, Silver and Gold if you are doing Lancer support, given with all the bonuses you can keep moving even if your team loses 2-0.. So I'm currently stuck in Onyx lol. It's as if the game knew Onyx is where we the casuals cannot keep going up. For the past 2 days it's been like this: Hit Onyx 1, get matched against people from lower skill/ranks. I get MVPs or get carried by people more skilled than myself. Get tons of GP, then go to Onyx 2. Then at Onyx 2 I get paired with/against Diamond and Onyx who are here just coming through, extremely well coordinated and I cannot do much lol I mostly end at the very end of the scoreboard. Sometimes I don't end up worse simply because I do Lancer support so I can end up with a relatively high Elimination number. Same goes for facing against squads.. If Onyx 1 I can see they are just people who came in together and such. Onyx 2 if I'm facing a squad they play extremely well coordinated, moment you go out of cover you are getting Lancered from 2 or 3 different places and that. Personally I don't really mind if I am an Onyx 1 by the game's standards.. It is just that it feels extremely weird how different I am finding the games depending on whether I am Onyx 1 or Onyx 2. Is the combination mechanic+jack mandatory for horde? Is the forge strategy good enough for only 12 rounds? If yes, what's the desirable forge level? Should I always build the armory for refilling ammunition for only twelve rounds? [link] [comments] | ||

That trailer forgot to show off the drop 2 content like how most games do in a road map so you are able to see what's coming up so you are excited for it. Most people will see that op 6 trailer and see nothing to be exited about. The trailer didn't even specify the 2 drops. Drop 2 looks good, the new horde event and 15 locusts enemies. Like dude, CMON BRO, that's massive news that's not shown in a trailer. Big miss TC. BIG MISS. Excited for drop 2 but here we are a year and a half later and TC still have these very annoying issues with their operation trailers etc. Market the good shit please. Posted: 08 Apr 2021 06:25 PM PDT IDK about anyone else, but I've been playing horde lately, and I've noticed a weird trend where I find more experienced players at lower difficulties. On beginner I've found that people actually let the engineer build things instead of blowing all the power immediately on stupid shit like decoys. After trying all modes the last few days, the Arcade mode is by far my favorite. Mostly I love that it something different than non stop shotgun spam.
