    Am I the only one who just now realized on Gears 5 if you hold down the directional button on Xbox for the weapon you have equipped that you will drop said weapon?? Has this always been a feature???

    Hi Gears Heads, long story short; I was a huge gears fan. Loved all the 360 titles and have almost every achievement up until Gears 4. Years and years or gnashing, bodying, booming, nading and even loved overrun in Judgement.

    Unfortunately, while I'm not sure if my tastes changed or the last 2 titles fell short, I'm just over new Gears.

    That being said I have amassed quite the collection of Gears trinkets and other merch just taking up space in Tupperware bins now.

    I recently learned the Gears Elite Contiller is a hot commodity and was looking to give away mine as well as other collectibles to true gears fans who would appreciate them more.

    Any ideas on how to conduct such a contest, what parameters would be cool or if it would violate any Reddit rules? Any ideas welcome and extra points for Gearsy innovate ideas.

    Why do OG Gears fans hate Gears 5 so much

    I'm a huge Gears fan and have played all the the entries, and although Gears 5 does feel a bit different from the originals I still really like the game. In my opinion it's still a great game and does a lot of things well, and I honestly genuinely enjoyed the story. Anyone else feel the same?
