    Can we just give TC some praise on these audio queues they've given all the Carmines together? It's truly so hype to hear all of them compliment and support each other in game. Great job TC! Saw they even sneaked in a reference to Gow 2 when Benjamin revives Marcus in MP.

    Curb stomp should be it's own execution again.

    I'm not sure why they changed it in Gears 5, but if possible I think TC should separate curb stomp from the other weapons again. You still have to fill up a circle to perform an execution so they should go back to the old way of when you release early you do a curb stomp. Or they could make it a separate button.

    Right now there are 3 or 4 curb stomps in the game and I think they should be their own execution category. We never had to choose between the ability to do the pistol execution or curbstomp before, and with all the new cool executions they've been adding, it's a shame that we have to choose between one or the other in this game.

    Playing Gears 5 diamond as a solo just constantly feels like it's me and 4 randos who shouldn't be anywhere near diamond against stacked teams. Its not enjoyable

    Weekly Developer Stream Today!

    Where to Watch:

    When:

    • Starts at ~3pm PST
    • Lasts for ~1.5-2 hours

    Be sure to check for a stickied comment below. If anything changes in regards to day/time, we'll be sure to have that info in the stickied comment!

    Who:

    • Most weeks, Dana (u/tc-mjrdecision) and Liam (u/OctusTC) host
    • Occasionally Ryan (u/n0dezero) or some other developer
    • Andius (Community Team) works behind the scenes to run the stream/chat

    What:

    • The community team discusses any recent news and follows up with a Q/A session
    • Some streams have raffles or "click-to-claim" style prizes available!

    Submitting Questions!

    Currently TC looks at 2 main places for questions: The Chat and General community discussion. In attempt to gather some better questions that TC may be able to better prepare answers for, we are going to look at collecting some questions in this thread.

    Also note that this is not a thread that is officially supported by TC. We cannot guarantee that they'll see and/or use this. But we figure it's worth a shot. If nothing else, maybe someone else in the thread will be able to answer your questions!

    How come Dezo is still able to post Gears content?

    I'm slightly confused... Didn't Dezo and Coche (both gears esports pros) get banned from gears for CHEATING/EXTORTING the outcome of a gridiron tourney recently? Shouldn't this include streaming/posting content surrounding Gears too? I feel as though these people just get a slap on the wrist for cheating just because of how small this game population is. I say do away with esports in gears 5, it just ruins the integrity of the game when people like this continue to profit off of the game despite having to fix games.

    A- Anthony, B- Benjamin, C- Clayton, D- fourth brother, E- Elizabeth (Lizzie), F- possible sibling, G- Gary, H- fourth possible sibling (if we stick to the carmine law)

    So again if we stick to carmine family physics, there should be an unknown third and possibly fourth sibling of Gary and Lizzie. Any thoughts on who they could be?? Ik there has been another Carmine sighting in Rise of Raam so that reinforces the fact that TC has expanded the family even further. Hopefully we get to see a third sibling.

    With Gary's description naming him the black sheep of the family, it could be a hint that there were other siblings who joined the cog just like Lizzie did. Would love to see some ideas on who they could be.
