    I used to adore Gears played alot on the old 360 and i did enjoy Gears 4 on the xbone.

    Took me a while to get into gears 4 campagin but in the end i loved it payed it like 5 times.

    Never like Horde mode really just to repetative, and i just got bored.

    Multiplayer was always where it was at for me. Execution or Elimination mode was my favourite.

    This mode seems to be washed out in recent years for a more traditional TDM, which is ok but i loved the Fact that if you die you wait until the next round it made the game a bit slower and imo a bit more tactical.

    I never really got into Gears 5, i havent even finished the campagin, even tho it looked beauitful i dont know why but i just didnt feel the same. I think i hated the mission where a horde ran at you and you had to defend some waves, i mean ok but its seems like lazy campagin content. O were stuck lets kill these 5 rounds of enemies. On the harddest difficult its just anoying.

    Anyways, now i have a PC, monster hardware, i want to give it another go.

    Whats the meta Mouse and Keyboard or Controller? I have used both so i dont mind using either. Playing on a desk so i would prefer M&K.

    Is gameplay super wall banging nd sliding about and cancelling etc?

    Anything else i should know about multiplayer. Does it still take forever to find a game?

    Horde crashing game.

    I've had the game crash on me 3 times now in horde. Lost all my progress in the 40 waves. Do you keep your rewards or levels earned?

    Lowkey don't want to play anymore getting booted like that. Never had it happened before and now it's 3 times in a single day.

    What if they made a Gears Of War Game, kind of a spin off like Judgment was, but it would be set during the Pendulum Wars. I think it's a really cool idea so I'd like to ask you guys how you feel.

    to be honest i enjoy the modes but i wish there was a mode that would bring like all of the locust back like the boomers and stuff other then that pretty fun in my opinion

    Have the developers ever said if the Cold War reversal thing was intentional?

    I know it's changed on the Wiki page but at some point I remember reading, I think it was in the book that came with Gears 1, that the Coalition of Ordered Governments, was some form of socialist State. It had a general American/European culture. It now says it was just an autocracy with a strong emphasis on social good and the veneration of the "Allfathers."

    "socialism" itself is something that is defined in various ways by various different ideologies. In this case I'd say it's just a Capitalist state with a strong government and welfare plans, that came into a massive, devastating war and much more militaristic and authoritarian.

    Whereas the UIR as a military dictatorship - It literally had the British Union of Fascists symbol (the thunderbolt in a circle) and a Russian culture. (link to their page here)

    Or are they both basically just fascists? Either way, was the UIR made to sound and seem Russian intentionally? The UIR in Gears 5 is shown having a "Peacekeeping force" sent to protect an arid country called Vasgar, which was done to prop up the local government from CoG interference - This sounds a little like various conflicts in the Cold War.
