    Which Game had the best 1st Act

    Which of these games had the best 1st act in their campaign… sadly Gears Tactics and Gears Pop don't have a 1st Act. This is a purely subjective poll; viz. whichever 1st act you found the best.

    For reminders, Gears 1 saw Marcus escape prison and the death of Kim and Anthony. Well as a berserker fight

    In Gears 2, the Locust attack a hospital and introduced Tai. Prescott did his famous speech.

    Gears 3, Marcus' ship explodes due to a lambet levhavian. Meanwhile Cole visits his hometown. Delta Squad reunites to trek across the Badlands to talk to Hoffman about a disc drive and Azura.

    Gears 4, the raid on settlement and introduction to the new cast. A defense of Fort Umson. Also introduction of weapons of the future.

    Gears 5, Rocket launching and the protection of Settlement 2. Introduction to Jack (new and improved). Introduction to the Lancer GL. JD explodes.

    We need more DLCs from the locusts perspective

    I just tried out a support class to help out more in horde and picked engineer. I just had a couple of questions to anyone who mains the class or supports in general. - Is it rude to join in a horde mode and clear out others fortifications if they're not a support class? I don't mean like lockers of course but I've ran into people who place massive amounts of lv 1 wires and turrets that just break down each wave but get reinstalled by them. - The weapons Cards like for the enforcer worth using or is this class better off just being the repair class? - Which of the 4 upgrades is the best to work on at the start of horde? - Whats the best setup for turrets in the map? I've been doing 2 with a shock turret between with lines of wires in front of them.

    Sofia (Spoilers)

    We all know what happened with Sofia, but just a quick recap. She was first introduced in Judgement together with Paduk. Long story short, she and Paduk loved each other. But then, in the aftermath part of Judgement Paduk mentioned what happened to Sofia, she was kidnapped by COG soldiers, and Paduk killed one of them. Now, how many of you wish to see Sofia come back in Gears of War 6. I'm not absolutely sure but the campaign will probably come to an end in Gears 6. And if it comes to an end, Paduk would not get that feeling of it really being over. I dont know, but what do you guys think, should Sofia make a reappearance in GoW 6? Why/Why not?

    FFA OSOK MAPS?

    What's the reason why FFA OSOK can only be played in a few maps? I liked being able to play everything and not just a select few maps that suck when there's only a few people in the lobby.

    Gears of War Novels

    I loved the original 5 books by Karen Traviss, but I've just started reading Ascendance by Jason M. Hough... and yeah, it's certainly not the Gears I remember.

    Has anyone else encountered this? Does this book get better? What about Bloodlines?
