    TC bites off more than they can chew with every game

    Gears 4 - They admit that they couldn't really commit to the new maps every month. Which is why we got map remixes like Impact Dark and Harbor Haze.

    Gears 5 - They can't keep up with new characters and new maps. They shoot themselves in the foot by tying literal abilities to characters and by committing to Escape tiles and maps. They even said Horde would get customizable maps via tiles and we still haven't got that yet. They said this before the game launched.

    TC has never been able to properly handle the post launch support of a Gears game. All the community really asks for is new characters and new maps. TC can't even launch their games with a decent amount of either. And it takes months for them to get their games to an acceptable state. And a significant portion of content they do end up releasing isn't even new content that they made. They didn't make the classic maps. They didn't make the classic characters. It takes work to put those old things in a new game but they didn't make those designs.

    This, plus more, leads me to believe that TC is inept but it doesn't really matter to them. Their greatest efforts are put into monetization schemes. Those aren't even their own original ideas either. In Gears 4 they hopped on the lootbox train and then in Gears 5 they switched to the Fortnite train. Most of their work is just creating new filler content like bloodsprays, weapon skins and emotes.

    I did the glitch where masked characters put on the Adrenaline Injector (the mask) but then I transformed back to Clayton. Weird but okapi.

    TC should give the Black Phantom Scorcher to everyone, for free. It was not part of the Gears 4 challenges, and those of us that earned them would likely be more than happy to let everyone have this. I think it's fair.

    Boomshields and Flails are sorely missed imo. I miss having behemoth type enemies on the battlefield. Scions are great, but they don't have enough variety. Like, make them do something other than shoot a boomshot please.

    So i recently got game pass and decided to try these games out. And holy fuck, this is what i have been missing over the years? This is what people keep referring to as worse exclusives than ps!? The way this game feels the way it seems grounded in reality even with all the crazy over the top stuff the way a game series like this can make me cry 3 times?!(dom death maria death and dom visiting maria's grave) This was so unexpected i cant believe it. Even tho im playing these games in 2020 they feel fun, fresh and not even dated exept in the graphics. I havent played 4,5 or judgement yet but i have high expectations (dont spoil). This game franchise is truly something special and i cant believe its the least talked about from the halo gears doom trio. These games deserve more hype than they have and god damn am i glad i decided to try them out.
