    Currently I'm running reflect shredder, team resist, ult battery, heavy shell, and concussive explosives. Tbh it works pretty damn well on higher difficulty levels. I'm curious to know what you all use.

    Possibly unpopular opinion(SPOILERS):

    The choice at the ending of Gears 5 was needed. In my opinion, the majority of the campaign felt stale due to the stakes not really forcing you forward. Yes, the re-launching of the Hammer of Dawn, finding out the origins of Kait's past, and the launching of the satellites did drive the story forward. But it's like the players didn't have a high risk personal connection to the objectives. The other games ( including 4) had the characters have certain " do it or die" backstories and choices. They had high stakes, gut wrenching, and personal goals and trials that made a player relate and feel as though they had an actual stake or feelings for the characters. The Coalition adding the decision at the very end of a good story of the three friends made it more "real".

    On a different note, the logical decision ( from a person with a mild amount of real time combat experience) would have been saving JD. He is on her throwing side as well as she's pinned on her back, which makes Del a near impossible throw. Also, I think saving JD would further the plot better because everyone loved him, whereas JD had a few people disliking him even at the end.

    Would anyone like to see customization in Gears 6 similar to what’s in Gears Tactics?

    I'm just thinking here, but I would love to see the ability to see customization in Gears 6 similar to what's in Gear Tactics. Weapon and armor upgrades and customization would be very nice in advancing Gears 6 in my opinion. How they could implement it and still have it feel organic is where I get stuck. It would just be nice to see a big mechanic like this to freshen up the main series.
