| Posted: 29 Feb 2020 11:57 PM PST LET'S discuss the re-up rewards. Am I the only one that thinks that the re-up rewards are absolute trash? It is absolutely absurd to me that there was a collective group of people at TC that thought it was a good idea to make the re-up rewards DESERT CAMO skins for every gun. In WHAT multiplayer game in the past 15 years that offers skins for guns as an option, has the player ever found DESERT CAMO for a skin appealing? Re-Up is an achievement that a lot of people strive for. Why are there not skins that are specific to each Re-Up that matter? Gears 3 did it so well. There were unique skins dedicated to each re-up. Players do not want desert camo as re-up rewards. As a player that has been so dedicated to the GEARS franchise, I am so disappointed with the level of effort that TC has put into the game to make it so the player is actually working toward something. Am I wrong? Stop trying to make this a money grab. Players will recognize that there are rewards to actually work towards. And don't get me started on ToD Medal Rewards. Posted: 29 Feb 2020 08:13 PM PST Gears of War 5, Horde mode, making it so that each of the non-engineer classes can build exactly one fortification type, without any discounts or bonuses, and without being able to upgrade it. I have been over this 100 times in my mind, and the only explanation I can come up with is that it was specifically intended to punish people who have the gall to play outside the context of a sweaty five stack who all speak the same language, play with each other routinely, and have microphones. Coming in Gears of War 6! During versus, hitting X does 80% health damage to each ally, but heals you by 15%! It's like they are trying to teach people a lesson by rewarding them for hurting their team. Words fail. Fuck you, TC. [link] [comments] | ||

I won 3 games in a row for a total of 88 points, only to lose a single match for -500 points. Are u fucking joking. Here's a reason why so many people quit out: YOU DON'T LOSE POINTS WHEN YOU QUIT. Theres quitters in literally every match. I am more surprised when a match finishes full than with missing players. It's been such a problem since launch and the community service they have talked about is all words. Knowing this Dev it will not work or not be ready for op 3 I uninstalled, hopefully op 3 brings a matchmaking overhaul and something exciting to the game. [link] [comments] | ||
